Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
You can return regularly priced products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or for store credit. Shipping charges, will be taken out of the total refunded amount. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for Tester Products.
All products returned must be unopened and in their original packaging.
If a purchase was made through a retailer or 3rd party website other than Algi, please contact retailer directly about their return policy.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Item(s) to return
We will respond in 3-5 business days.
- Once your return/refund has been processed, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Place items in an appropriately sized package and seal securely.
- Print and adhere the Return Shipping Label onto the package and drop it off at a courier within 7 days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for returns/refunds to be processed once they reach the warehouse. Refunds will be returned through the original method of payment. Please note that it may take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect the transaction on your account and the credit will appear in your next statement.
